  • This is a full-time onsite opportunity for a hands-on technician to support Qalam’s facility operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial building systems while working closely with the Facility Director and Facility Manager to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
    
    

• Security Guard

  • This is a full-time onsite opportunity for a vigilant and reliable professional to support the safety and security of Qalam’s facility, staff, students, and guests by monitoring security systems, overseeing access and parking, and patrolling the campus during programs and events.
    
    

• Guest Services Parking Attendant

  • This is a part-time onsite opportunity for a hospitality-focused team member to create a welcoming and organized experience for community members and visitors by supporting parking management, traffic flow, and guest services during high-traffic times and events.
    
    

• Assistant Facility Coordinator

  • This is a full-time onsite opportunity for a hands-on team member to support Qalam’s day-to-day campus operations by assisting with workspace logistics, scheduling, travel and event arrangements, inventory, and other facilities tasks in partnership with the Facility Manager.
    
    

• Facilities Assistant Coordinator

  • This is a part-time, on-site opportunity for a proactive team member to support Qalam during weekends and occasional requests by serving as the first point of contact for facility issues, maintaining building oversight, and ensuring clear communication with the central Facilities/Operations team.

  • This is an unpaid internship opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in pastoral care, counseling, and related fields.
