Meals

All meals are included with the exception of lunch and dinner on November 23 and November 30.

Itinerary

November 23: Arrival in Nairobi

  • Attendees will arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. 

  • After the meet and greet, you will be transferred for an overnight stay to your hotel. 

  • Time permitting, we will visit the oldest Masjid in Nairobi.

  • We will also visit the Giraffe Center. 

November 24: Ol Pejeta Conservancy 

  • We will depart from Nairobi and travel to Ol Pejata Conservancy at the foothills of Mt. Kenya.

  • After praying at a local Masjid and having lunch, we will continue to the Conservancy.

  • We will depart on an afternoon game drive, visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, and return to the hotel. 

November 25: Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Lake Nakuru National Park

  • We will arrive at Nakuru and head to Masjid Ibrahim for prayer. 

  • We will enjoy an afternoon game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park, followed by dinner. 

November 26: Lake Nakuru National Park - Masai Mara Game Reserve

  • We will depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve after breakfast

  • We will have lunch and visit the Masai village, followed by dinner at our hotel. 

November 27: Discover Masai Mara Game Reserve

  • We will explore the Masai Mara Game Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. 

  • We will have a bush halaqah and pray Asr in the wilderness of Masai Mara, before returning to camp for dinner. 

November 28: Masai Mara 

  • We will spend a full day here with an optional hour-long balloon ride over the landscape of Mara (extra cost of $450 USD). This includes a bush breakfast. 

  • We will have morning and afternoon game drives and an overnight stay in Mara. 

November 29: Masai Mara Game Reserve - Lake Naivasha

  • After breakfast, we will head to Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch.

  • There is an optional boat ride and Crescent Island visit.

  • We will have dinner and stay overnight here. 

November 30: Lake Naivasha - Nairobi

  • After breakfast, we will head back to Nairobi. 

  • Time permitting, there is an optional visit to the Giraffe Center and Masai Market for souvenirs. 

  • If attendees wish to visit a local orphanage, this be arranged based on availability. 

December 1: Departure from Nairobi

  • Check out from your Nairobi accommodations and transfer to the Nairobi airport for your flight home.

  • Breakfast only.
